As a valued client of North Hamilton Community Health Centre, we wanted to let you know that on April 26, 2019 we changed our name to Compass Community Health (Compass CH). As the Health Centre has grown over the last thirty years, our programs and services have continually developed and expanded beyond the North End. Although our name and logo have changed, we remain committed to providing excellent health care and supportive community programming to meet the needs of the multiple communities we serve.
