In December 2017, Compass Community Health's Board of Directors embarked on a path to develop a comprehensive Strategic Plan to ready itself to deliver on the vision of "No Obstacles to Health". Together with staff, community agencies and participants of the Health Centre we reviewed and redeveloped our mission statement and values and principles that guide the work of the Board and staff. The strategic directions of the organization were agreed upon as follows:

The commitment of the Board of Directors to the Vision and Mission was evident through the development of strategic gols and action plans. This has equipped Compass Community Health to accomplish its goals in a transforming health care environment and poised for possibility.
